This picture depicts a monument designed by Zaha Hadid (1950-2016), an architect who died less than 70 years ago. This work of art is copyrighted and, as there is no Freedom of panorama in France, it won't be freely shared before 1st January 2087. For this reason, this picture must be removed from Wikimedia Commons.

Totally agree with you, it's still an error on my part. While importing from Flickr, I saw the category and placed the photographs. Thank you for your vigilance. I keep the lesson to make more attention to the future. I put the template NoUploads in the Category:Pierres vives and I realized an image with the masking of the building (File:Pierres vives Montpellier 03B.jpg) to replace the one in the infobox (File:Pierres vives Montpellier 03.jpg).

Hello Pymouss
But, I do not know whether to apply the freedom of panorama rule only for this building or all the achievements that have been made in France (Category:Buildings by Zaha Hadid‎). Its website does not mention any copyright (zaha-hadid.com), the French article mentions the achievements made in France and Commons has not applied restrictions to date. Should this building be the exception? Should we remove all of his achievements in France? or use only the template NoFoP-France?
