Like so many other things this year, the Malta International Fireworks Festival was initially postponed until further notice due to the global pandemic. But it seems like that much-awaited notice has arrived as the MIFF has announced that it is indeed happening this summer!

Taking to Facebook to announce the dates, the MIFF Facebook page shared that its 19^th edition will be happening this summer between 24^th July and 7^th August. The event is being organised by the Ministry for Tourism and Consumer Protection together with the Malta Tourism Authority.

In the comments section, the MIFF shared that the festival will have four fireworks displays on the following dates:

1. 24^th July (Gozo)

2. 27^th July (Mqabba)

3. 29^th July (Mqabba)

4. 7^th August (Valletta Grand Harbour)
