A total of 13 localities around Malta are set to be affected by planned power cuts over the course of the upcoming weekend.

This is all a result of maintenance on Malta’s power grid.

Due to this Enemalta, Malta’s local electricity provider, has published a full and comprehensive list of all the localities that will be undergoing the planned power cuts.  

Only a select streets from the following localities will be affected.   

Here’s the full list of affected areas:

Friday, 11th November:

• Haz-Zabbar from 7am to 2pm
• Birkirkara from 7am to 3pm
• Is-Swieqi from 7:30am to 12:30pm
• San Pawl il-Bahar from 8am to 2pm
• Birzebbuga from 8am to 12pm
• Hal-Qormi from 7am to 4pm
• Hal-Luqa from 8am to 2:15pm
• Mellieha from 7am to 3pm

Saturday, 12th November:

• Haz-Zabbar from 9am to 3pm
• Siggiewi from 7am to 12pm
• Haz-Zebbug from 7:30pm to 1pm
• Rabat from 6:30 am to 2pm

Sunday, 13th November:

• Marsaskala from 8am to 4pm
• Valletta from 12:30am to 6am
