This Michelin-starred Valletta restaurant is the pinnacle of fine-dining
ION Harbour is open from Wednesday to Saturday.

Situated on a stunning rooftop offering unmatched views of the Grand Harbour, this locally renowned Valletta restaurant promises a feast for all the senses.

Led by multi-award-winning chef Alex Dilling, ION Harbour was bestowed a Michelin Star less than six months after opening and, given the immaculate ambience, service, food, and wine it offers patrons, we’re surprised it didn’t get it any earlier.

The menu at ION Harbour is dictated by the seasons, ensuring that diners are only treated to the freshest possible produce. As a result of this, the dishes on offer at the restaurant are ever-changing, ready to include the tastiest fruit, vegetable, meat, and fish on offer at any given time.

ION Harbour’s diverse selection of dishes is best enjoyed through its two tasting menus, offering anything from Local Bluefin Tuna and Wild Mediterranean Red Snapper to Aged Kaluga Caviar and Veal Sweetbreads.

Of course, we cannot guarantee that all these items will be available upon your visit, but this should give you a clear idea of what type of food you can expect at ION Harbour.

No good meal would be complete without some top-notch vino – and the ION Harbour team understands this better than anyone.

Sift through the restaurant’s pages-long wine list and you’re bound to find the perfect bottle to compliment your meal.

ION Harbour is open from Wednesday to Saturday between 1pm and 2:30pm and 6:30pm and 9:30pm, and on Sundays from 1pm to 2:30pm.
